The original purpose for an annual spring-cleaning has been slightly twisted in advanced capitalist societies
to a ritual of getting rid of things in order to make room for the purchase of new goods. In this private
performance I shaved all my sweaters in a ritual of renovation in contrast to the current spring-cleaning
habit of discarding.
